The Blow Up Collar is a decorative item and we expressly advise not to use it for other purposes, especially not alone. The inside of the collar can be inflated by the pump and creates pressure that cannot be seen from the outside. The pressure can be reduced quickly using a valve on the pump ball. The collar is adjustable in size with many eyelets in the neck. A total of three heavy stainless steel D-rings are attached to the front and side, to which a leash or the like can be attached.
