Accessories are perfect for finishing off any outfit, so we created a Mini Top Hat for those burlesque and victorian moments. This hat is made out of heavy grade 0.8 mm latex and we’ve even doubled that to give this item a really solid shape. The panels are carefully cut to perfectly fit together and there is also a fine millinery wire running along the length of the brim to give this item more dimension. The hat also has a discrete elastic hair band so it can be easily fitted on the head. We love matching it with our Victoriana Dress and Victorian Blouse.
